- A habit or routine you’re trying to build and can’t make stick.
- A topic you’d like me to cover.
If you’re a brand or PR contact: I only write about things I’ve actually used, and I keep affiliate relationships separate from my honest opinion (see the affiliate disclosure and editorial policy).
One thing I can’t do: give personal medical advice. For anything health-related, please talk to a qualified professional.
